ORDERING FAQ

HOW DO I MAKE AN ORDER?

To make an order with us, simply browse through our various categories, or if you know of the particular type or design of item that you want, you can search for it quickly by using the search box located at the top of our site. Add your chosen items to the cart, in which you will be able to make amendments to your order if you need to. When you have finished browsing, proceed through to our checkout. Don't forget to enter the relevant discount code if you have one for a lovely saving!

You will be able to checkout as a registered customer or as a guest. Please make sure that you enter all of your details correctly before confirming your order.

 

HOW CAN I ORDER A PERSONALISED CARD?

Simply enter your personalisation request using the custom option boxes displayed on the product page (visible above the 'Add To Cart' button). As each of our papercraft cards are handmade to order there should be no problem with personalising the design for you, infact we encourage you to do so to create an extra special card! If you do not see an option to personalise the card, please send us a message with your request. 

Please note, it may not always be possible to personalise our printed cards - but please don't hesitate to ask whether we can.

 

HOW WILL I KNOW IF YOU'VE RECEIVED MY ORDER?

You will receive an order confirmation email from us within 12 hours of purchase. Please be sure to check your junk mail filter if you think you have not received this email.

 

CAN I MAKE ANY CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you have entered any details incorrectly within your order, for example a wrong delivery address or misspelt personalised message. Unfortunately we cannot allow you to add any additional items to an existing order, alternatively we would ask you to make a new order. In such instances, and if we have not already posted your initial order, please contact us as we may be able to post your orders together and refund you one of the postal costs.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you want to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible. If your order has already been posted to you we cannot cancel your order, but you can return it to us within 30 days of dispatch for a refund.

 

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN POSTED?

When we post your order we will send you a delivery confirmation email. For delivery times to your location, please take a look at our Delivery page.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Payments can be made using Paypal and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. 

 

ARE YOUR PAYMENTS SECURE AND PRIVATE?

All payments are made securely using either Paypal or a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your personal details using SSL technology to keep them safe. Your payment details are not stored on our website.
