I'VE RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM
We’re very sorry to hear this. Each item is checked and packed by hand, and we try to package our items as protectively as we can. However, items can occasionally become damaged during delivery due to mishandling of the postal service. If your item has arrived damaged please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
I WANT TO RETURN MY ORDER
If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange it for you.
Items must be returned to us within 30 days of dispatch, in an unused and undamaged condition and posted back to us using the original postal packaging that you received the item in. If your returned order meets these conditions we will refund you the price you paid for of the items and the original postal cost.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning items to us unless the item you received is damaged or faulty. For added assurance we recommend that obtain proof of postage as we cannot cover lost returns without proof.
CAN I RETURN A PERSONALISED ITEM?
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for personalised items unless the item you receive is faulty.
